Finishing Touches is a high intermediate course, in two volumes, for adult and teenage students requiring a thorough but fast-moving reinforcement of the English they studied at school. As well as practice in more advanced material.
The course provides students with the language skills they need for success in their work and studies. It consists of a complete language syllabus offering 120 to 150 hours of practice within highly motivating and thought-provoking contexts of real issues which face students in today's world. The course prepares students for further independent study and for social and professional situations by improving their ability to read native-speaker texts, understand extended spoken discourse. Write essays, reports and letters and participate in extended conversations.
